Instructions for creating a new Family Membership

  1. Click on 'Join Us' on the main page.
  2. Select the "Family Membership" category and click "Next".
  3. Complete the form which will register you as the 'senior' Family Member. (Note: Wild Apricot refers to this as "Bundle Administrator").
  4. Process the payment.
  5. Having completed the payment transaction, return to the BCPA Wild Apricot site: https://bcpipers.wildapricot.org
  6. LOGIN with the email address and password you created as the 'senior' Family Member.
  7. Agree to the terms of use.
  8. Click on "View profile".
  9. Click the "Add Member" button.
  10. Enter the details of the second Family Member.
    • For the second member, leave Email -blank- and use same password as 'senior' member if you do not want the second member to be able to 'Login' to our Wild Apricot site.
    • OR
    • For the second member, use a unique Email address and password if you DO want the second member to be able to 'Login' to our Wild Apricot site.
  11. After completing registration for the second member, scroll to the top of the page and click the link called "Return to bundle list and your own profile".
  12. To add more Family Members, repeat steps 8 to 10.
  13. When you have added all of your Family Members, please LogOut.
  • You should receive email confirmation of your own membership as well as your family members.
  • You can always edit and update your own and your family members' profiles by logging in at https://bcpipers.wildapricot.org 

 

Instructions for renewing a Family Membership

  1. Click on 'Join Us' on the main page.
  2. Enter the email address for the Bundle Administrator of your Family Membership, enter the password, then click the Login button.
  3. Click the 'View Profile' button.
  4. Click the 'Edit Profile' and update the information for the member. Click on the Consent check box, enter the name of the person associated with the consent, then click the Save button.
  5. In the Bundle Summary area, click on the next member of the family and repeat the above step for that person. If you want to delete a family member click on the Archive button instead of the Save button. Click on 'Return to bundle list and your own profile' link. Repeat this complete step for each family member.
  6. When all family members information has been updated, click on the 'Renew until 01 Oct YYYY' button.
  7. Click the 'Update and next' button. Click the 'Confirm and proceed with payment' button. Click the 'Pay online' button.
  8. Process the payment.
  9. When the payment is processed, click the 'Return to The British Columbia Pipers' Association' link. Click the Logout button to log out of the BCPA online system.
