VENUE
Kings Park, 550 Eckhardt Avenue West, Penticton, BC. Gates open at 7:30 am (Competitors) and 8:00 am (General Public).

SCHEDULE
Solo competitions begin at 8:30 am. Opening Ceremonies and Massed Bands at 12:30 pm. Pipe Band competitions begin at approximately 2 pm. Closing Ceremonies and Massed Bands are directly after the final band event (approximately 5 pm).Depending on the number of entries, events may start earlier. All events subject to time change.

ADMISSION
Solo Competitor Entry with Competitor PassBand Member Entry with Competitor PassAdmission tickets for solo competitors and bands will be delivered to their band representative. Solo competitors who are not a member of a band competing at the Penticton Scottish Festival should pick up their admission ticket at the WILL CALL booth at the entrance to the Park. The number of passes for band members will be based on the player roster officially registered with the BCPA Membership Chair (membership@bcpipers.org) as of June 14, 2014. Competitors who do not present an admission ticket will have to pay admission, which is not refundable.

AFTER PARTY
An after party will commence in the Beer Garden right after Closing Ceremonies and Massed Bands and run until 9 pm. There will be an impromptu open Hornpipe & Jig competition in the Beer Garden. Prizes will be available to be won.
